I woke up early this morning
And walked out in the rain
Made my way down to the station
Now I'm waiting on a train.
I've left my troubles behind me,
I'm gonna start out again.
I'm just sittin' in the station,
Waiting on a train.
Well there's no mystery to it,
No finger pointing the blame
It's just a case of the restless blues,
I'm waiting on a train.
Some people born into pleasure,
Some people born into pain,
Some people born with the restless blues,
Waiting on a train.

1. Waiting On A Train
(Heikkilä - McGowan) Probably one of the top 5 oldest of Heikkilä-McGowan production results. You have heard this before, on 'The Unevolved Psyche', CD 4 as a 'jamaican flavoured version' but this is close to the original and now we have both Tuomas and Ilona on vocals. I thought you should hear it. -- Jore

I think there are four or five different recordings of this now - going back to the good old tjd band days. One of the first lyrics I ever wrote for Jore's music - before I had even met him face to face. Very good version here, Ilona's backing vocals suit it very well. -- Davy
